How do I track my order?
We will send a confirmation email once your order has shipped and include the tracking number. Our orders usually ship with USPS Priority Mail.
What are your delivery options?
If you would like us to use a different delivery carrier (other than USPS) please send us an email. using the above form. We are happy to quote expedited or over-night options for delivery of your order.
Do you provide International delivery?
Presently, we are only shipping within the USA and Canada from this site. If you live elsewhere, and see something you would like to purchase, please send an email. We are happy to arrange purchase through our Etsy store.
What is your returns policy?I take great care and pride in every item I make. I offer a seven (7) day exchange guarantee. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Please email me at (suzanne (at) batesdesign (dot) com), within 3-5 days of receipt before returning the item for exchange. Item must be unused and shipped back to me with original protective interior packaging. I am a one-woman show creating one-of-a-kind work, returns are for exchange or store credit. All custom orders are final sale.
